Membership in Professional Organizations
We strive to develop significant networking relationships with other professions in our industry and to be actively engaged in membership in those professional societies. We cover annual membership fees for select professional and technical organizations.
Education Assistance
In support of continuing education of our staff, we offer tuition and fee reimbursement for select job-related courses and programs at accredited institutions of higher learning.
Technical Courses/Conferences/Seminars
Recognizing that professional seminars and conferences are an outstanding way to both network and stay current in various areas of expertise for our shared areas of endeavor, we highly encourage attendance to industry related events.
On-Line Training
Employees can take courses on-line using office computers for select course work if they prefer.
Toastmasters Clubs
We encourage employees to participate in local Toastmaster clubs to strengthen their public speaking skills, improve their confidence and reduce stress related to speaking in front of others. Toastmasters Clubs are available many locations in the Denver metro area and Colorado at large.
