The Banning Lewis Ranch development in eastern Colorado Springs is the largest proposed development in Colorado. It will have over 35,000 homes when it is fully constructed. SMITH is currently providing a wide range of planning and environmental consulting services on this project by consulting on subdivision, road, park, stream, and open space design and planning decisions. Our services include wetland mitigation site design and construction management, wetland permit revisions, and Environmental Impact Statement review services.
