 Hudson Waste Water Treatment Plant Environmental Assessment
SMITH completed a screening assessment of three potential waste water treatment sites for environmental fatal flaws, i.e. significant permitting challenges regarding cultural resources, wetlands, threatened and endangered species, and migratory bird habitat. We also completed a NEPA EA for the Town of Hudson and USDA Rural Development/Rural Utilities Service (RD/RUS). The Environmental Report prepared by SMITH enabled RD/RUS to evaluate the environmental effects of projects. This ER satisfied RD/RUS requirements and the NEPA requirements to receive the RD/RUS clearance. |
