 Mead Waste Water Treatment Plant Environmental Assessment
SMITH prepared the EA and FONSI for the Mead Waste Water Treatment Plant Site #1. The ultimate goal of the EA and FONSI was to satisfy CDPHE requirements. All environmental concerns that were raised by Federal, State, or local agencies or the public were addressed and resolved before the EA was finalized. To complete this document we completed wetlands, T&E species, cultural resources, and socioeconomic studies that provided baseline data upon which the impact assessment is based. Public meetings were conducted to comply with CDPHE and NEPA guidelines. The CDPHE concurred with and signed off on the FONSI prepared by SMITH. |
