 Huron Street Widening Wetland Mitigation Site
SMITH provided design-build, construction inspection and mitigation site maintenance services for a 2.1-acre wetland mitigation site constructed along the realigned Big Dry Creek. This mitigation site fulfills the requirement of the Individual Permit obtained in 2005 by SMITH for the City of Westminster. We are also conducting cattail and noxious weed maintenance activities. We will be preparing the 2009 monitoring report and recommending the mitigation areas as meeting the requirements of the USACE Individual Permit. |
