 Prairie Waters Pipeline
The Prairie Waters Project is one of the most innovative water supply solutions in the West. SMITH completed a storm water management plan (SWMP), obtained a dewatering permit, & completed an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) for Segment 4. The purpose of the EPP was to describe the temporary environmental controls associated with constructing the pipeline to provide guidance to Reynolds-Tierdael and its subcontractors when dealing with potential project issues with wetlands, endangered species, cultural resources, wildlife, and contaminated soils and/or groundwater. We are also providing Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) services, which includes inspection and verification of environmental permit specifications and resolution of environmental permit violations. |
