 Burt Subaru and Toyota
SMITH has prepared Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for twelve Burt Car Dealerships. The plans provide for the prediction and control of potential spills, preventive maintenance, product transfer operations, personnel training, spill response procedures, and spill reporting. The plans were sealed by SMITH’s Professional Engineer. Additionally, we conducted a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the Burt Subaru facility. We generated a Site Characterization Report and Corrective Action Plan for the Burt Toyota property in response to the detection of petroleum contamination in the subsurface related to a former LUST at the site. We developed a remediation plan in consultation with the CDPHE. We also conducted an update to the Burt Toyota Phase I ESA in 2008. |
