SMITH conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the subject property according to the ASTM 1527 standard. For Phase II, SMITH collected samples for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) analysis. At the conclusion of the investigation we prepared a Phase II report summarizing the results. The LBP was conducted by a Colorado state-certified LBP inspector and an accredited SMITH Building Inspector reviewed existing building mechanical, plumbing, architectural plans and/or drawings, ACM survey reports, and abatement project reports. We then developed a Workplan to quantify potential remediation issues identified during the Phase I process which included an EPA Quality Assurance Project Plan and a site specific Health and Safety Plan. |
